It was unfortunate (in a bad way) that I didn’t check their rating before going here. Probably one of the unforgettable Korean BBQ experience I ever have. The price looks like a good deal $24.99 but you’ll ended up with $29.99 to get all the good meats. The only pro is that the place is big & spacious. The bad parts are: unfriendly service from the older ladies, they don’t change the grill (only one for your whole trip), they have the weirdest grill that only expect fat to slide down (no holes/grid) that doesn’t really work well, meat quality is average (ribeye almost have no marbles, short ribs cut is too big, belly has less fat that make it taste almost like round), sauce almost has no taste, there’s also a note to charge full price for left over. Be careful, they also added 15% gratuity in the bill but still have a row for tips. Definitely won’t come back as we have some much better Korean BBQ in SCV

So here is a mixed review. The food was delicious πŸ˜‹. Tasty πŸ– meats for sure. Here is the issue....the air conditioner was off. About 85* inside. Second, the service was not the best. It almost seemed like my family was bother asking for refills and other meats. Not sure if I will go back.

Food was good but not as tasty. Wanted something on the B catalog and was told only A right now. I was with my wife and son. He's 5. They tried being sneaky and over charging. When I caught it and told them they went to the waitress to double check if I was lying I confronted and said I never got anything from the B catalog she acknowledged it. But they wouldn't fix the price about my son. Be careful and double check the bill AT ALL TIMES! I wouldn't even pay 7% with the serviced received...

The food is ok, the service needs a lot of work though but that's the case with a lot of these Korean restaurants. There is no buffet. The little bowls of sides are brought to the table by the waitress. You get refills on steamed white rice. The dinner special we got came with miso soup. Free refills on sodas. I'm not sure where the water actually comes from cause they keep it in plastic refillable bottles in the lobby fridge. They usually play Korean pop on the multiple tvs. Bathroom is just ok. There was what looked like barf all over the seat and tank of the toilet. Pincher bug on the floor of the bathroom but I wouldn't hold that against them. Overall it's ok, nothing to write home about but all you can eat is always a plus in my book.

We dined in, mask required, AYCE. They noted on the door that they will charge 15% gratuity for all groups 4 or less and 18% for groups over 5. I didn't really like that for small groups, I like the option to give less for bad service. The service was good not great. The meat was good as well as the sides. Because of Covid they don't replace the grill, like they would in the past. So we decided to order meat without any sauce first so the grill doesn't get burnt, until the end of our orders our cooked.
